Shipping policy

All orders will be processed within 2-7 business days after your purchase order is placed. Any delay in delivery does not automatically cancel the order or entitle any indemnification. An order is considered 'delivered' when the postal service (such as USPS or any applicable service) confirms the delivery.

Currently, we only ship orders within Puerto Rico and the United States. If you wish to ship an order to other countries, please email us. We will provide more information about special delivery options (if available), along with applicable fees from the postal services.

All of our products require adults supervision of kids since they may contain sharp edges, plastic or small pieces.
